  Practice Tasting for WSET Diploma Unit 6 exam (Clerkenwell): Appearance: The wine is Clear with a Pale lemon colour.
  Nose: The nose is Clean and Youthful, showing Medium(+) intensity primary aromas of honeysuckle, acacia, grape, rose, nectarine, peach, lychee.
  Palate: The wine is Sweet in the mouth with a Low level of acidity. It has a Low level of alcohol for a fortified wine (15.00%). It has Medium body and Medium(+) intensity primary flavours of honeysuckle, acacia, rose, grape, peach, nectarine, lychee. The finish is Medium. It has quite floral notes.
  Overall: Good typicity and balance between sweetness and the low acidity. Lacks complexity and length.
  Conclusion: It is a Good quality wine. Drink Now; not suitable for Ageing or Further Ageing ; Medium priced (£7.99)
