  • Very sad and yet chapeau bas, for this magnificent bottle go, as this was my last one. A spendid Botrytis cuvee which have provided so much pleasure the only regret is not to have bought a whole case. But I guess this is, just like what the French say; C'est la vie. Lemon, citrus, honey, strawberry and slightly saline caramel and going on and on with waves of flavors and aromas. A superb wine making, worthy of a Legion d'Honneur. Cheers,

  • An unbelievable wine at its very peak. Very dark, superb botrytis singing in total harmony with its Chardonnay mate and waves or dried apricots, pineapple, raisin, dancing in a suavely textured gem. Needless to say to describe this would be silly, but I can tell you that it surely lifts you up and transcends you up to the clouds. Cheers,

  • An awesome wine. Upon opening the freshest strawberry aromas I've ever experienced, in fact my friends were all stunned as well. Fantastic dark yellow/ honey color. On the nose after an hour in the decanter is a stunning chorus of apricot, strawberry, red juicy grapefruit singing and above a perfectly tuned acidity, and waves and waves of pleasurable aromas. On the palate, oh boy... the purity of this is just to be tasted to be believed. The fantastic acidity is wrapping around the monster Botrytis and lifting this huge wine with such ease that a giant waves of the above mentioned fruits and honey seem to cascade on the palate as a pure mountain water, well... almost. In anycase no clustering the palate nor talking right on the face, which really is a great quality for me, and uplifting. Oh boy, that was just awesome, what a perfectly suiting vocabulary to describe this wine!

  • Deep yellow. Very honeyed (well, it is a botrytis cuvee after all). Viscous but leavened by fantastic acidity. Great length. One of the most enjoyable late harvest Chardonnays that has ever crossed my lips.
