Light, lemony notes and crisp, clean, green apple juiciness; trying winningly to be elegant, and yes, managing not to fall down the stairs. A first-rate, optimistic morning wine or, failing that, a fine sparring partner for tea-time hot smoked salmon.

Pretty much as previous note. Perhaps a little softer than the last bottle but still as dry. Attractive grapefruit and other citrus fruit with some white peach character. Very clean fruit and good balance. Long, leaving attractive lip-smacking acidity. Very good with a chicken risotto. Even better next day with oven-baked salmon in pancetta. 87-88

Quite a floral citrus nose when it warmed a little. Some apricot fruit on the palate but mainly citrus, especially grapefruit, although asparagus notes developed. Very dry. Needs Mediterranean-style food or fish. Quite long. Quite expensive in UK.
