Pale color. Beautiful nose of white peach, apple, white florals and citrus. Similar flavors on the palate with really nice white stone fruit and citrus flavors coming through. Medium+ acid, clean and crisp mouthfeel and smooth, lingering finish. This was really quite good and paired very well with sushi.
