  Decent complexity on the nose with some autolytic notes, yeast, green apples, some funk, a little vanilla and some wet concrete minerality.
  
  Medium+ acidity, noticeable tartness, medium intensity, a good medium finish. Very dry.
  
  A tasty and ambitious bubbly at a good price point, ~180SEK. ($22).
