Hunter Whistlestop (Hunter Valley): Ooh, bit of toastiness, green apples and pears again. There is a little fresh cut grass here but it's quite subdued. Juicy acidity, fresh and steely minerality. Fruit is a little flat on the palate. Hmm.

The wine has high acidity. It smells leesy, with papaya and lychee. The body is light. It tastes like cool/menthol, lees still around, pear and lychee. The wine has juicy texture. The wine finishes long.
