Late night Maison Dakota. My bottle. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Leg. Nose medium+ intensity, with aromas of reductive matchstick and flint, citrus green lime, white peach, stony minerality. Developing. On the palate, dry, lovely very high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of citrus green lime, white peach, flinty stoney minerality, fully integrated soft toast oak. Some rich lemon curd and exotic riper fruit character with more air as it warms up. Long acidic finish with green tinge. Very good quality. I'm a fan of reductive matchstick. Very acidic. An enjoyable wine for me. But I can see why some others might not appreciate it all that much.

BWC Small Fish Supper at Fish Kitchen, Norbiton (Fish Kitchen, Norbiton): The palest of the wines we're enjoying this evening. Very fresh with intense lime oil, hints of tutti fruiti Mouth pucking acidity and such line. Could be a 2021. With lots of air hints of lemon curd too. Hard to describe but joyous. Haddock and chips alongside a very good match.

Bottle was a little odd. Not overtly premoxed. But it failed to show the way it should - muted. Maybe a touch honeyed. Idk maybe bottle variance, we will see.
