Rich nutmeg, Sichuan peppercorn, orange zest, ripe peach, candied cherry, dark honey, lime, slight mango. So much going on here. It has rich spice, ripe tropical fruit, stone fruit. Rich and textured finish. Complexity for days, and it delivers that complexity with authority. So much power, and such long length, it demands your attention. WOTY, cheers.

Clear amber. Very concentrated nose, Christmas cake, apricot, candied cherry, peach and nutmeg nose. Delicious rich spicy stone fruit flavours and a long textured rich finish.
Superb.

Wines on a Snowbound Saturday Night (Our House (2033 Brandywine St.): This is really drinkable and enjoyable. Darker gold color. Tropical fruits. Brown sugar. Lemon pie filling and baking spice. The sugar balances this out and really "covers up" any lean spots. The sweetness is a bit surprising but its really easy to drink.
