Really needs air. Starts off with a struck matchstick note and smoky tropical fruit. Gradually blossoms with lively passionfruit and lychee, but light on the floral phenolics which makes this rather fresh while retaining depth. Residual sugar is rather limited, but not enough acidic structure to hold the finish together. One for cheese.
