Paul Blanck dinner at Iodio restaurant. Golden colour with rosey tinge. Typical nose of lychees, roses, rosewater, basil, mint leaves and edge of cinammon. Burst of flavour in the mouth, typical sweet spice with a fruity peppery finish. Lovely.
