  Damn fine Chianti. Classic nose with some licorice and saddle leather. Mid palette with some bramble and wet earth. Looooong finish. Served with a sausage and mushroom pasta. Very well done.

  Wine was decanted for 30 minutes. Sour dark cherries, violets. vanilla, pepper, spice, and dusty tannins. Well balanced. Better with food. Solid Tuesday night Chianti.
