  Mer eller mindre fullmoden på duft. Sekundære toner av steinbrudd, gass og nedbør. Holder seg godt i munn. Flott frukt, nerve og lengde. Er nok uansett på tide å drikke opp.

  Opening up quickly in the glass. Pretty explosive, mineral-driven aromatics of wet slate, sweet and sour apple, a touch of green herbal notes (not underripe though), wet stone, and also some seashell minerality. It's lighter-medium bodied, with very good mid-palate persistence, lazer-sharp high acidity and some residual sugar to balance the tension. Very good length. A beatifully tense, aromatic Riesling from this excellent producer. Love it.

  Light reduction upon opening, after which it offers some very nice signs of first development. Aroma-wise it's a puristic expression of wet slate soils, ginger, grapefruit, peach, and lime. Off-dry, but the mouthwatering acidity and stony texture completely masks the modest sweetness. Great balance and low alcohol makes for easy and refreshing drinking. Definitely more harmonious than a year ago - we like it a lot. Probably best right now and over the next five.
