  Yellow gold, rim variation consistent with age. Medium plus legs. Aromas are primarily white fruit: apple and pear. Subdued lemon, pineapple, lemon blossom and apple blossom also noted. On the palate, pineapple strengthens and a hint of banana appears. Definitely tart, lemony taste. Medium plus legs. Light body, high acidity, finish just below medium. Interesting, friendly little wine; lemon influence and bright texture enhance appeal. At $10, QPR is just above average. Good enough that I'll consider future vintages at or below $10. Drink now.

  Very disappointed after having some beautiful Soaves in Soave. If we were formally rating we would give it a "do not buy".
