  • clear lemon core with slight paler rim, looks developing

nose is clean with medium intense aromas of lemon, red apples, nutts, earl grey, floral, chalky, quite complex, developing

palate is dry with medium+ acidity, medium %, medium+ body and flavour intensity with aromas of lemon, red apples, chalk, earl grey or black tea, flint, floral notes, almost a flor or oxidative note that is very nice balanced into the wine, nutts and dried stonefruit, very complex. long finish

very well balanced, solid concentration and complexity with a long and very mineral finish, Good acidity and structure which makes the intensity on aromas suprisingly high considering alcohol level on 12.5%. This could be kept for at least 5 more years without problem, very good/outstanding quality wine, 91-92p
