Very good Chardonnay, but time to drink up. Quite yellow in colour now. Lemon, minerals, butter, cream, a hint of caramel from age, a bit of grapefruit. I honestly probably preferred this a bit younger and less developed but it is still a benchmark from Tumbarumba.

Canberra districts whistlestop tour; 8/14/2020-8/15/2020 (Canberra Districts): Rich, a little struck match, cream, slight butter, sweet spice, lemon and slight lemon curd. Juicy, fleshy, mouth puckering texture, citrus with butter, very long, a little on the large side but very nice.

Canberra, Beechworth & Rutherglen wine tour day one (Canberra): On the nose ripe stone fruit, butter, spice, vanilla. In the mouth the wine is equally juicy and ripe with some front of mouth palate grip. Nice.
