{screwcap, 14.5%} As for before; plenty of ripe red fruit, laced with coconut oak. Quite mature in colour and general aspect, but without a lot of complexity. Medium/full weight, black fruit & spice, medium length finish. Soft tannins, gentle acid.

{screwcap, 14.5} A bit of bricking on the deep garnet rim. Maturing, with sweet milk chocolate, coconut oak, and classic ripe red Langhorne fruit. Medium/full weight, soft acid, mostly blueberry flavours, faint dusty tannins. Oak present more as flavour than texture. Very much expressing the traditions of the region, it finishes only about medium length, and doesn't have much development or complexity to offer at this stage. Very much at the drink up stage.

Big wine with a fair bit of smokey oak showing now. Tannins are smooth. Quite nice but losing its freshness and not sure how much longer it will continue to cellar. Hopefully in an awkward stage...

Fleshy, full-bodied berry Cab Shiraz. Smoky cigar and vanilla American Oak shining through. Black pepper with a dark core, black cherry prominent and Dutch licorice. Very nice.
