👍 😎 A big n bold Aussie red! Purple. Legs 🦵. Sediment. Full body blackberry, blueberry, cassis, oak. Dry. Soft. Tannins.
Decanted.
A wine comparison with 2013 Brown Brothers Shiraz Blend.

Brief note from a dinner with extended family. Nose was notable for forest floor, sous bois. Dark fruits on the palate, somewhat creamy, fine powdery tannins. Enjoyable drink, paired quite well with lotus rice with chinese sausage.

See previous notes. Medium intensity on the nose. Blackberry, cassis, lead and pencil shavings. A little too ripe and over extracted for my taste. The heat was also evident. Hold.
