The nose is clean, medium (+) in intensity and complex, with black berries, black plums, mint and a fair amount of French oak-induced sweet baking spices, mocha and pencil shavings. The palate is dry and consistent with the nose, with medium acidity and medium (+) tannins. The alcohol is high at 14.4% but is well integrated. This well-balanced blend of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc and 3% Merlot has a medium (+) body and flavor intensity and a medium long finish. It is drinking well now but would benefit from further aging.

  Had a bottle of this in June and it was undrinkable. First day on this bottle was little better but on day two it opened up. Lot of black fruit and some oregano type spice. Will it continue to improve?
