Nose of apple, pear and yeast. There is nothing to suggest that the bottle has a serious problem.
Because in the mouth, it is the acidity that dominates, to the point of removing teeth. Nothing to gain from the wine, even when aerated, it strips everything.
This is obviously a defective bottle.

Riesling Study Night #2 (1/21/23): Creamy apple butter, orchard fruit, bruised apples and pears. yeast and bread. Creamy butter on the nose. Bone dry (zero dosage) but not austere. Showing the Pinot Meunière characteristics very nicely. Hard to judge on a short tasting. 90-92 today.

After some air, expressive nose with bruised apples and sweet spices. The Meunier brings fruitiness to the aged notes. Complex finish. A well made Meunier wine.

One for the lovers of evolution and a soft oxidative natured. Not oxidized but noble oxidation here, fatty and decent richness, honey and stone fruits. Waxy rich palate but a wine that divided us on the rating. Andreas 93 / Nicol 90 > 91

DG 02/2015 Mushrooms, champignons, fresh truffles, pineapple, apricot, peaches, poached pears, chau tea spices, Sherry vinegar, fût de chêne, bush/wild blackberries, toasted bread, wax, bread dough, some caramel in the empty glass. Impressively creamy and dense; at the start high acidity which gradually became more balanced. Exceptional wine. 94pt
