Ok...bought these bottles @ auction - one of those bids you make thinking you won't get it - no regrets. This bottle travelled from Aus - to the UK, then to Toronto.
Very happy to have tasted Cab this old from Aus. I would like to thank the original owner for taking such good care of these...you know who you are.

Love how well this aged - 35 years young would be a stretch, but the nose on this was magical - barnyard straight away, then rich coffee, then chocolate, then coconut...not a fruit in sight.
It may be on its way down...but it is a great ride all the same.
PS- cork takes time...go slow with the ah-so. (decant for 2.5 hours...but smell it all the way) 😋
