  Had to try the new vintage...
  Very light straw yellow, clear.
  It takes a while to open up, at best on day three. Ripe white fruit, delicate flowers, also some herbs - vermouth-like at times. Elegant.
  On the palate it is quite special: very high acidity, but immediately with a bitter note (rhubarb) which makes it interesting together with the sweet fruit. Lemon and lemon zest on the finish. The acidity can be too much for many, I believe. I liked it though. Will be better in some years.
