Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 93 points

  • Quite a bit too early. Intense, but focused. Not flabby. Shy on the nose..shiraz fruit, cassis and wood. On the palate, all the individual components are there. A powerful presence....a knock-out punch delivered with laser beam focus. Long finish with sweet, slightly drying tannins. While this is a very pleasant drink today, I think it would be best held for a minimum of 5 years. Once all those individual components come together, this is going to be killer. I'd go 2013 - 2020 for a drinking window. While scored on potential, I think this could ultimately do better than 93pts when it comes together.
