Has gained weight and filled out after a year in the cellar. Acidity now takes a back seat to the fruit and 'feral' nature of this natural yeast wine. Grassy, gooseberry and all that on steroids. Need to buy some '15's to drink next year! Best WA Sauv Blanc I've had.

flinty mineral nose
