PnP 30 minutes prior to dinner and ready to go. Pale straw gold color. Mineral citrus aromas. This has really resolved in the 2 years since my last btl. A superbly balanced, elegant mix of minerally citrus, stone fruit and spice. A good sense of depth likely attributable to older vines. 12.5% Alc. Is there a better value then AOC Chablis? Great with trout tonight.

Can't believe we managed to keep our hands of these for two years, but it was worth the wait. One of the best 'entry level' Chablis I've ever had (and of course, what a vintage), and in absolutely peak form now.

Til reker med mor på Bømlo. Aromatisk sødmefull nese med sitrus og hvite blomster etter litt tid i glasset. God klassisk rekevin

Text book Chablis, and as enjoyable as a Fevre Les Clos I had recently, if not as refined. Lemon and good acidity. Buy future vintages of this.
