A well done, nicely balanced puligny. Stylistically, a little tart, lemony, river stone for me right now. May need more time to develop some richness and mouthfeel.

A bit one-dimensional to be honest. Silver-lemon in colour. Intense citrus/lemon on the nose, with some extra minerality on the very round palate. Immediately attractive, but not hugely complex - initial seemed better than a 2004 Gauby VV blanc, but fell well behind over time, especially when the wines were matched with the starter. Enjoyable, but nothing too serious. I'd drink this now.

Martin Scott Wines Portfolio Event (New York City): Light lemon color. Nose of mineral, oak, butter, white fruit and spice; this is clearly young, but there is complexity underneath. Good on the palate but needs time.
