  A lovely Riesling probably a little past its peak, but still showing some really nice tertiary notes. There's baked golden apple, chamomile, beeswax, kerosene, and wet slate on the nose. The fruit on the palate is a bit over the hill but there's some bitter lime and preserved lemon plus a distinctive nuttiness. Low on acidity and totally dry.
