(Odfjell Carignan Orzada) Saturated, very dark red violet color; ripe red plum, black raspberry, black cherry, sorrel nose; sweet entry, blackberry syrup, black raspberry, black cherry, sorrel palate with balancing acidity; needs 1-2 years; medium-plus finish (from 60-100 year old vines)

Lush carignan from Chile. Nice dark fruits, leather and spice. High alcohol (15%) but holds it well. Full body, soft tannins that are very present but not overwhelming. Has a nice medium/long finish.
