  Beautiful clean ruby red colour with thin watery rim. Concentration and balance on nose and palate. Lot of cherry and red apple, cherry liqueur, licorice, white and black pepper. Ripe tough tannins, long clean finish, dry. Fresh. Could still benefit from aging. Low intervention, organic and biodynamic, 40-60 years old vineyards.
