I was pleasantly surprised by this wine. It's not a great one by any means, but it's certainly quaffable which is an adjective I don't always associate with red wines from long island. Also doesn't appear to be wildly overpriced which is another adjective which I do associate with wines in that vein. Reminded me of an easy to drink table wine although haven't had this wine with some age I know that it can stand up for longer than you'd think.

Plum, cherry, chocolate. Lots of nice low-alc, high-acid Merlots coming out of Long Island.
