  • Appearance: Clear wine with a pale lemon colour and green reflections. Lots of fine and intense bubbles.

Nose: Clean nose with a medium+ intensity. This wine is youthful.

Fresh and fruity on the nose - pear, melon and raspberries being prominent. More traditional notes of lemon, green apple skin, light biscuits and a rocky minerality are present but less prominent. An interesting blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and typical cava grapes. Fruity and quite modern whilst still being restrained - very interesting!

    Palate:
    Dry
    Medium Alcohol
    Medium+ acidity
    Medium+ intensity
    Medium finish
    Fine Mousse

Citrus and stone fruits take over on the palate, with a lively and clean taste and a good intensity of flavour. There are still the hints of more tropical fruits as well as gentle notes of biscuit on the finish.

Very good quality Cava. Could potentially be held but drinking well now. At 14-16 euros a bottle, excellent QPR.
