Oi oi oi, dette var vakkert.
Utrolig rent med en sofistikert nydelig Pinot parfyme.
Sensuelt - vinmarken lever opp til navnet.
Denne er ikke fullt åpen, men gir deg noen små øyeblikk hver gang du stikker nesa ned i glasset.
Meget elegant, kjølig og leken.
Fantastisk vektløs konsentrasjon i frukten med ypperlig nerve.
Høy fruktkvalitet og nydelig balanse.
Ikke umulig å drikke nå, men noe kanter er det.
Den har definitivt mer å gå på.
Imponerende lang finish med helt fine tanniner.
Meget fast og presis.
95p+ for denne gang.
Den pirrende opplevelsen av å drikke en slik enhjørning er langt større.

Domaine Roumier Cellar Visit and Tasting: From barrel. All red with spice. Weightless and beautifully textured, balanced. Already very complete. 95-96 point potential here. Wow.
