  Hard to fault, this the 2017 release based on 2000/99/98/97/96 wines. Rich biscuity nose, fine and subtle mouse (not aggressive - remember this has in bottle for 15 years before release!), long and mouth filling complexity. Like mature burgundy with gentle bubbles. Very reminisent of Krug GC. May not offer the same brand appeal or a fancy box, but excellent value if you like your champagne with age.
