Screwcap. Lemon-yellow; medium intensity aromatics with some lemon-lime, minerality; palate is medium bodied, medium balanced acidity, medium alcohol, just slightly off-dry, fruit is reserved; finish is medium length. This is drinkable but lacks depth and complexity and the vibrancy/energy of better rieslings. Drink up as I don't think this will improve much. 86

Lemon-yellow; nose is moderately aromatic with lemon-lime, tons of minerality, slate, slight petrol; palate is mostly dry with just a bit of sweetness, medium-plus acid, plenty of minerality; short-medium finish. A very nice wine, but its minerality and freshness while lacking richness of fruit reminds me more of vinho verde rather than riesling, which is enjoyable but not quite what I was expecting. Will drink well in the short-medium term. 88-89

Clear, golden color. Clean, refreshing aromas of peach and honey. Dry, high acidity, medium bodied. Candied peaches, juicy apricots, green apples and some minerality. Delicious and bright. Medium plus finish. Love German reisling.

Shows an excellent balance of sweet fruit, electric acidity, and mineral impressions. Drinks well young, and with a good future. Very nice Spatlese.
