Intense white peach fruit on the nose and in the mouth. There’s just a hint of caramel sneaking in. It is rich and layered and finishes with salty tang.

Two hours of slow ox before serving. Citrus, lemon oil, minerals and flint. Good initial attack with generous minerality and acidity while the finish carries a dose of richness. Young for sure but already enjoyable. Give it 2-3 more year to hit its early drinking window.

Tasted at Pearl of Burgundy. The nose had cake, citrus, and nut. It had the chevalier elegance with a lot of finesse. The minerals on the palate was particularly intriguing with some tropical and yellow fruit at the backend. Good potential of 93-94 when its ready.
