  A(ccuracy)=2: Distinguishable though less fruit forward and higher acid than Italian and French versions.
  B(alance) =2: Refreshingly so.
  C(omplexity)=2: Citrous with pleasant viscosity.
  D(epth) = 1: Decent length and finish.
