Love this producer and this didn't let me down, the sweet fruited CO nature is there but has some welcome rustic charm and character. Will develop a bit more complexity too with a few more years.

GMs - Kevin Farewell #2 @ Encasa: Redcurrant, stalk, some cedar and spice. Nice acidity that works well with the bright fruit. Still plenty of youthful exuberance here, but it is enjoyable now and I think probably over the next 5-6 years.

Colour bright and dark cherry colour purple flashes and clear edges
Nose intense, elegant and floral on the nose, the aromas of Eastern spice, dark cherries, kirsch , confectionery notes multi layered great complexity
Palate exceptional pure fruit and floral, thyme notes throughout the layered palate. Light but great intensity which explodes in the month Superb wine to drink now or hold if you can

The only other wine I know like this is the Kusuda Pinot - spellbinding no signs of ageing and its 6 yo - love screw caps
Colour I was expecting some cloudiness but when poured was bright and pale cherry colour with clear edges
