  • Acacia flower, barnyard funk, wet stone, dark berries, sweet strawberry, pepper. Noticeable ripe tannin, well balanced, quite big and good length.

  • The adding sogar scent from last tasting seems disappear or less but the round smell of toasted-oak is very strong, almost being a California wine and it's still untill the last drop after 4 hours testing.

Anyhow, the nose is so deep...let's say that the winemaker wants this wine to hold on for 30 years of aging. When the time has come, this Chambertin will be one of the lovely wine contains mild and clean of modern oak, sweet, wonderful Borgundy feeling and very nice finished.

I have few bottles to go and I will follow your logical task. Salute !!!

    Drink 2012 - 2045...........................91-92/100..........................

  • First nose, I can feel some adding sugar scent but it's no longer. Then fresh and good clean typical Chambertan aroma. Light toasted oak, not seductive but fine.

Lovely full-bodied, a bit modern style, quite delicious and easy to reach. Need more time to breath.

Powerful and average Chambertin's finished. At this price, I can enjoy it very much.

    Drink now - 2020................91+/100.................

I don't like this old label, the new design is much better.
