Impressive and right in my wheelhouse with a so much fruit richness and decadence (thanks, dosage!). Nice mineral and dough notes add some dimension. Good balancing energy and acidity.

red apple, crisp pear, lime, almond, lemon pith, citrus peel, tangerine zest, warm brioche, chalk, saline, mineral. tangy, tart, salty, apple skin, citrus zest, cream, on the finish.

Off the list at 67 pall mall. I’m a huge deutz fan but was massively disappointed by this showing. Really vegetal/leesy and practically undrinkable for me at the moment.
