  Excellent chablis équilibre et complexe. L'acidité est bien dosé avec des bonnes saveurs d'agrumes. Avec l'oxydation, les saveurs changent et évoluent progressivement.

  Vin d’une grande finesse et élégance malgré une certaine tension et puissance bien présente il caresse le palais dans une douce harmonie...une première avec ce terroir et je vais certainement en rechercher davantage dans le futur! Tout un RQP considérant le prix d’achat.
  
  92 au jour #2 mais a le potentiel d’un 93pts sans aucun doute avec 10 ans+ en cave
  
  Bel accord avec le Poke Bowl.
