  Tellement riche tant à l'oeil, qu'au nez qu'en bouche! Resté bien en forme même après 57 ans et avec une telle palette aromatique, c'était merveilleux avec les fromages et la bûche marron/cassis. Assurément dans mon top 5 des plus de 200 vins dégustés cette année.

  LOVE THIS WINE -
  Smooth - caramel color, and flavor with almonds, cherry, oak, apricot, notes. A bit of fig.
  
  The wine looks caramel-colored. The legs are slow. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like a peach blossom, almond, hazelnut, honey, apricot, pear, and fig. It tastes like fig, cherry, apricot, pear, oak, almond, and butterscotch.

  2021 FTLOP Harvest Tour; 9/19/2021-10/2/2021 (Portgugal): Bottled in 2015. Light brown-orange in color. Toasted coconut, vanilla, and roasted hazelnuts on the nose. Some acidity on the entry, giving way to a rich, sweet mid-palate, that further gives way to more noticeable acidity through to the finish. Very long finish with caramel, orange peel and balanced tannins.

  Very smooth, rich and complex Port, at the very high end of the tawny hierarchy. In great shape at 54 years of age. Definitely a buy if you can find it.
