So fresh it seemed possibly everlasting -- a fantastic decision to cellar this bottle, after its sibling was so ungainly in 2016. Vibrant red fruit, minimal pyrazines, and a surprising amount of exuberance for a 2014. Clean and uplifted, with no zero traces of its extreme natural winemaking origins.

Started ever so slightly spritzy, as though it had refermented in bottle a bit. Settled down within the hour, but I never thought it was awesome. Others in my group seemed to dig it -- interestingly all of them were less nattily inclined than I.

Very young and bit rough, fruit forward, definitely needs more time. Nicely integrated alcohol of 14%
