Big and oaky. A bit over the top, not sure what kind of food I'd pair with it - Roast Chicken I guess. Definitely good last for another 3-5 years. The other bottle I had 2 years earlier wasn't this burly.

Honey and butterscotch on the nose, crisp apple on the palate, finishes long. This showed more and more over 2 hours and is drinking great now. Ready to go.

PnP and then 30 minutes in the glass. Peach, vanilla, melon, some mineral, tangerine followed by a touch of heat. Finishes with a POW, maybe not long lived but very enjoyable. Doesn’t have much time left on the fruit side so start to drink up. Still drinking well so no harm having held these back.

Definitely time to drink up. This was good but I admit I was a bit disappointed, especially coming from Bevan and from Ritchie Vineyard (LOVE the Ramey from this vineyard). Nose of lemon curd, pineapple, and slight vanilla. On the palette, smooth and creamy. Toasty vanilla but not much outright oak flavors (not a bad thing). Classic chardonnay flavors....bits of lemon, wet stone, and underbrush(?). I enjoyed it but for the money, I feel it was overpriced. Not a bad wine, just not a good QPR.

Not as flamboyant as I was expecting, with a decent reductive note
