  Ours just got over my imposed 3-week recovery from travel sickness, I uncorked one immediately :) A lovely, crisp Chard with a lot going on in there. We are no good at identifying component tastes, we go on whether we liked it or not... we liked it! We have a couple more, will relax a little before opening those, maybe winkle out some specifics :)
  
  2/7/24 Another bottle; initially closed and tight, took 30 minutes in the glass and food (tuna salad) to open up. Then it was just a wonderful CA Chard, a treat to drink. Russell sure can make good juice!
