  A light, pale yellow with a colourless rim. Clear and bright. Not many legs and tears.
  
  Clean and distinctive aroma. A fresh citrus fruit nose with hints of spice and there is also a floral touch as well.
  
  Dry yet smooth, clean and crisp. A spicy, somewhat grapy taste with the citrus fruit elements and the floral touch coming through again.
