Good structure but lacks fruit. Similar assessment to last time. Acid quite high. It’s structure worked with a flavourful ravioli dish but the remaining bottle should be drunk.

Colour: pale garnet, developed Nese: medium intensity, ripe, dried fruit, medium complex aromas of red berries; red cherry, cranberries, sundried tomato, earth, hibiscus, , distinct new world ish fruit, hint of oak Munn: dry, high distinct acid, medium- tannins, smooth texture, 13% alcohol, medium body, medium fruit concentration and length. Red berries and a hint of bitter finish.
Konklusjon: Elegant and well done village quality burgundy with a great aromatic finish. Drinks well alone as well as with food.

Restrained dark fruits nose. Less expressive on the palate. Quite high acid. For me, disappointing. I'm leaving the other two for a few years, given Ben Leroux has made it.

Acidic yes. Almost tingly feeling but for some reason I like it. Gamey and leathery and earthy tasting. Much more on the nose than palate. Perfectly suited for watching the election unfold.

A lovely, round, flavorsome Bourgogne. As good as it will be.
