  I used two thirds of the bottle to make sauce for Lamb stew. The remainder I enjoyed with the stew after it had been opened for 24 hours. When first opened the bottle the day before, I tried a small glass and was under the impression that the wine had lost weight over the years. But the following day it was back to being like a baby Barolo again. How amazing is that? It must be a mark of the stellar 2013 vintage and the skill of the wine maker. I have a couple of bottles left,.and it will be interesting to see where it goes from here. Regardless, fantastic QPR!

  Another terrific bottle. Ten years from harvest has softened the tannins and accentuated the lovely silky sweet fruit.

  开瓶即饮，淡石榴红到茶色，闻香有一些酱味，轻微酒精感，山楂红果，百里香和泥土气息，入口酸度高，单宁紧涩，糊嘴，细砂纸颗粒，酒液很咸，咸矿石的矿物感，果味比较弱，结构感清晰，带着一些玫瑰花的香气，酱油味，泥土气息，此刻感觉酒体有些水感，同时还有一些酒精感，表现有些封闭，余味很漂亮，满口红果和玫瑰花香。醒酒两个小时，闻香多了焦油气息和一些皮革肉味，香气更加浓郁，入口咸中带着一些苦味，酱味和酒精感依然能感觉到，然后是红果香气，口感掉得略快，老态下也不乏亮点，悠长的余味和其中高级的木质香气让人略感欣慰。第二天又试了试，口感比闻香好一些，像喝一个老年份的Barolo，结构感始终保持，口中回甘不止，表现依然有些沉闷，2013年本不应该是这个样子，这酒应该是保存中出了些问题，受热了。87

  Russk. I brought to Andrea's. Everyone prefered the Mt Etna in the flight instead. This Langhe was Still tight, maybe some VA. A bit of a dissappointment. 90+.
