  Dark fruits mostly on the nose, the palate is fairly powerful and tight but with just enough fruit and freshness to make it fairly balanced, nice long classy finish.

  Understanding Corton with Jasper Morris MW (Zoom!): The best vineyard in Corton? Very sharp and stemmy. The highest tannin level - again, trademark producer style. Lots of fruit, and spice. Bright and intriguing. Limestone soil creates a nervosity. Upside from here. Group WOTN

  Denne vinen fra Grand Cru marken i Beaune er forførende og bred opp av glasset med rene røde kirsebær og med et litt tungt jordlig preg på nesen.
  
  Vinen er middels + konsentrert på paletten med bra dybde i frukten med saftige forførende røde bær og denne litt jordlige skogstonen som nesen gir. Lang utgang og gir nå en mer mørk toffee, eik og et flott lærpreg.
  
  Tanninene er faste og gir en indikasjon på et langt liv da frukten vil vare.

  This is a bit sweet on the nose but very full, meaty and gamey on the pallete, and some soft tannins (from largely whole cluster) that will take time to integrate. He says this needs 15 years to age.
