This is in a more robust & Forward style of Champagne. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn this blend was Pinot Blanc dominant. Excellent...but for the $ there are better Champagnes out there.
Light yellow-green, very bright; medium-sized bubbles. Sweet Green apples on the nose. Notes of green apples, slightly sweet; stone minerality; and a bit of lemon zest in the background. Quite tasty, with a finish that lasts forever.

Electric light green color with very tiny bubbles in plenty. Mild nose of baking spices but they could be my nose’s fault. Delicious notes of baked green apple tart and light cream Brie dominate the attack with light lime and pie crust in the finish, which lasts a long time. Smooth, almost oily texture. Really, really good stuff, much better than I remember from the last bottle.

Roasted hazelnuts, lime juice, conference pear, gun powder, carambole and apricots on the nose. Boiled pasta after some time.
Round, elegant on the palate with lifting acid and some roasted character in the back. Lemon juice, roasted hazelnuts are there but it lacks a bit in body and becomes a tad too watery. Quite short on the finish.
Pleasent to drink but unfortunately not my type of champagne. The roasted character needs support by some fruit and body which lacks in this wine. It's good but I expected more from this. Got better after some time in the glas.

Bacchus: Liked but didn't love this - a bit more focused and energetic on the palate than the Dom showed, but at the same time it comes across a touch simple with bright, tart citrus and pear fruit tinged with yeasty and crackery notes, but not a whole lot of depth beyond it.
