  We decided to enjoy Unity across the board starting with the Chardonnay, moving to the Pinot Noir and topping off with the Cabernet Sauvignon (oh well, yes, a German Pinot Noir and California Cab mixed in for good measure).
  
  A delightful, fresh, vibrant greenish-yellow swirls around our white Burgundy glasses with the knowledge she belongs in this venue! A bouquet of luscious citrus blended with an exciting almost frivolous feel on our noses...one of those perfumes only suitable for a slightly sexy and wonderfully wild young lady. Citrus fruits with bright acidity and a touch of creaminess enthral our palates like a barely legal lady demanding an audience. Light, elegant finish. She is not the belle of the ball, but she certainly is deserving of a swirl. Sip now or a year or two later, but do not let this young lady age too long...she is worthy now!

  The first Fisher Unity wine of the day as we started a marathon viewing of Green Acres featuring Eva Gabor. Fittingly, we shall describe the three wines with her in mind ;-)
  
  Twinkling, vibrancy of this light greenish-yellow drop reminds us of the many jewels that hung from Eva's ewe-like ears, nustle-inspiring neck and awesome appendages!
  
  Dainty Park Avenue aromas of citrus, lemon and fascinating flowers.
  
  Petite palate of fairly sweet brioche with hints of cream. Eva in her youthful exuberance.
  
  Twinkling Dainty Petite Inviting Take her now...do not wait too long!!!
