  If you like chocolate covered cherries in a glass, then you'll like this. Similar to its American sister, Apothic Red, this is a heavily engineered wine. This is a great bottle for getting someone who doesn't like wine to drink wine. But if you already like wine, the overwhelming taste of mega purple and post-ferment sugar additions will leave you to pour half down the drain.
